A reflection from the film crew in South Africa!

Today we woke up at about 6am to get started shooting. We drove out to Soweto which is about 15-20 from Jo-burg. We visited Mandela’s old house there. Walking through seeing all of his achievements and even his old bed was quite inspiring. I think experiences like this make the early wake-up and 12hr days worth it. Being able to bring historical figures and their story to the forefront and show how their struggles are still important today is priceless. Stay tuned for more updates from us!
